OO-LA-LA- It's a Parisian Pixiel and Papers!

Bonjour mes amis... welcome to my blog. This month, Pixels and Paper Challenges inspiration is centred on a French icon: the Eiffel Tower. Hmmm! What to do! Never having travelled overseas I was tempted to go with an Aussie icon, but then decided to go with the Parisian theme after all and came up with this!

I decided to go with the nightlife and a bygone era. To do this  I've used a topper  and embossed cardstock using a set from Tim Holtz. These were a had -to-have purchase, because one of the set had my maiden name on it.The embossing was smooshed with gold and silver inks. Paper tape and washi tape completed the page.

The background was stamped with gold and silver using stamps from a French company  (Carabelle Studio) that I was able to purchase from timetocreate.

The inspiration image for this month can be interpreted in a number of ways. Perhaps Paris will rock
your boat or even the letters or colours. Pop on over to: pixelsandpaper and checkout what the rest of the team has done with this.
Thanks for dropping by. Catch you again soon.
Cheers, Di
